I am writing to share my thoughts on the awesome, and excellent assistance that Ms. Geisha Cumberbatch, my CIS Travel Advisor, provided to me during my recent, and unforgettable trip to Tahiti. I travelled on the wonderful Paul Gauguin Cruise. Geisha's responsiveness and helpfulness were beyond measure! While my trip to Tahiti and to the surrounding "Society Islands" was one of my best trips, in light of my years in travelling - Geisha's responsiveness and helpfulness were without measure. While in Tahiti, I contacted Geisha (she was literally on the other side of the world, in another time zone) pertaining to a "post - return airport" travel issue, and in no time - she resolved it! Also, Geisha was a Master at completing the booking process for me - she did it with exceptional ease and clarity. I always understood what she was doing. I have travelled for many years, and have been to multiple countries, and as a result, I have worked with several Travel Experts. However, Geisha is one of the best, with whom I have had the pleasure to work - they do not get any better! Her organization has been, over the years, and continues to be above and beyond excellent, as has been her support before during and after my trips. For example, before this trip - she made sure that every detail(s) of my travel, such as air and hotel fares were completed - ahead of schedule. During my travel, I knew that she was always available, if I needed assistance, as was exemplified in my post-return airport concern. After the trip, as always, Geisha and I communicated to make sure that there were no pending issues. As I have said over the years, and will continue to say - She is the best! Geisha provided excellent information on our Mitterrandian cruise. We booked in advanced. She monitored and informed us at each step of the process from booking to boarding. She also addressed any questions we had about traveling to Europe. She went way beyond proving support compared to all other travel agents.
